How to Register

Please follow this link to start the online registration/enrollment process on the the district website. (Look for the "Have a New Student?" section.

Be sure to submit all of the necessary documents before you click submit. Once you have submitted you will not be able to get back into the system and you will need to bring the documents to the campus registrar at Larkspur Elementary. 

  • a copy of the student's birth certificate
  • proof of residency (lease/contract, current utility bill)
  • the student's Social Security card
  • immunization record or affidavit of conscience exemption
  • most recent report card and standardized test results
  • withdrawal papers from your child's previous school
  • a photo identification of parent/guardian
  • legal paperwork (porce decrees, etc.)
